हम अपने होटल / रेस्टोरेंट की टीम के लिए एक मेहनती, विनम्र और जिम्मेदार वेटर / स्टीवर्ड की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार की जिम्मेदारी ग्राहकों को अच्छी सर्विस देना और रेस्टोरेंट में फूड एवं बेवरेज सर्विस को सुचारू रूप से चलाना होगा।


जॉब जिम्मेदारियाँ

ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें अच्छी सर्विस देना।

ग्राहकों से खाने और पेय पदार्थों के ऑर्डर लेना।

समय पर खाना और ड्रिंक सर्व करना।

टेबल की साफ-सफाई और उचित व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।

ग्राहकों को मेन्यू के बारे में जानकारी देना।

किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर ऑर्डर समय पर तैयार करवाना।

डाइनिंग एरिया में साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।

ग्राहकों की जरूरतों और शिकायतों को विनम्रता से संभालना।

सर्विस से पहले और बाद में टेबल की तैयारी एवं सफाई करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ

वेटर / स्टीवर्ड के रूप में अनुभव होना प्राथमिकता।

फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कस्टमर सर्विस स्किल।

विनम्र, अच्छे व्यवहार वाला और प्रेजेंटेबल होना चाहिए।

होटल / रेस्टोरेंट में तेज गति से काम करने की क्षमता।

टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की भावना।

अन्य सुविधाएँ
