Job Description
Add and update products – Upload product photos, prices, descriptions, sizes, and colours.
Manage the Shopify website – Update the homepage, banners, collections, menus, and other website sections.
Manage products and stock – Keep product details and inventory updated and accurate.
Create discounts and offers – Add discount codes, sale prices, and promotional offers.
Manage orders – Check new orders and coordinate with the relevant team for processing and delivery.
Check the website regularly – Make sure there are no broken links, incorrect prices, missing images, or other errors.
Track website performance – Check sales, website visitors, product performance, and other basic website data.
Update website content – Add banners, new collections, festive promotions, new launches, and other campaign content.
Check the mobile website – Make sure the website looks good and works properly on mobile phones.
Coordinate with the marketing team – Work with the content and marketing teams for product launches, campaigns, offers, and website updates.
