Fast Food Cook

Primary responsibilities

• Food preparation: Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking, and assemble food items like burgers or sandwiches according to recipes and order slips. 
• Cooking: Cook food using large-volume equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles, ensuring quality and consistency. 
• Order fulfillment: Take customer orders, prepare food according to instructions, and assemble meals for serving. 
• Sanitation and safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow health and safety regulations, and properly store food. 

Additional duties

• Stocking and restocking workstations with ingredients, supplies, and beverages.
• Taking customer payments and handling cash.
• Washing dishes and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
• Assisting with training new staff members.
