Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

• Role: Field Sales Executive / Sales Executive
• Location: Thane/Mulund/Prabhadevi/Vashi/Borivali
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month Plus Incentive (based on skills and interview performance)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office / Field)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify, source, and secure short-term and long-term pest control and prevention business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors (housing societies, offices, and warehouses).
• Business Development: Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases following company sales strategies.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Client Retention: Look after client retention by ensuring ongoing customer expectations are met.
• Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, sharing proposals, and finalizing service agreements.
• Team Coordination: Support the service operations team by passing on valuable customer feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of compulsory field sales experience (B2B and B2C both experience preferred).
• Gender/Type: Male candidate preferred.
• Transportation: Must possess a valid two-wheeler (Bike) and driving license.
• Communication: Good English and local language (Hindi/Marathi) conversational skills.
