ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Production Engineer to own production execution of our machines — from receipt of released drawings through to installation and commissioning at the customer site — a hands-on role for a mechanical engineer who enjoys shop-floor problem-solving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Take over released drawings and BOM from Design and plan the production sequence for each order
• Coordinate and oversee sheet metal fabrication, machining, and assembly activities on the shop floor
• Make practical fabrication and assembly decisions during production, raising a design deviation request where a manufacturing necessity requires one
• Track production progress against the order timeline and flag delays early
• Coordinate with QC for in-process and final inspection sign-off before dispatch
• Travel to customer sites to support mechanical installation and commissioning
• Coordinate with the Controls and Automation Engineer during commissioning for combined mechanical and electrical sign-off
• Maintain production and as-built documentation for every order
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience; exposure to sheet metal fabrication and machine manufacturing preferred
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings and BOMs
• Comfortable being hands-on on the shop floor, not a desk-only role
• Willing to travel for installation & commissioning support

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
