Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, bought-out parts, fabricated parts, and assembled machines.
- Verify dimensions, fitment, wiring, tubing, finishing, labeling, and documentation.
- Perform stage-wise inspection during machine assembly.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, rejection records, and quality documents.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for quality issues.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, BOM, SOPs, and customer requirements.
- Support testing, calibration, validation, and final dispatch inspection.
- Identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and prevent repeat failures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and assembly inspection.
- Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation.
