Quality Head

•     Design and implement an end-to-end traceability system — from raw material receipt and MTC verification, through machining and testing, to dispatch — so that any dispatched product can be traced to its material heat/lot and certificate

•     Own all quality documentation — MTCs (EN 10204), inspection and test reports, calibration records, dispatch quality dossiers — and build it into a system where records are retrievable and audit-ready

•     Build and implement the quality management system — procedures, work instructions, records, internal audits and management review — that substantiates and sustains ParFlow’s ISO 9001:2015 certification; lead surveillance and recertification audits

•     Plan and lead ParFlow’s roadmap for further product and industry certifications, as decided by management: gap analysis, documentation and audit readiness

•     Host and manage customer, third-party and certification-body audits; close non-conformances with root cause and corrective action

•     Raise quality standards through rejection and rework analysis, preventive action, and SPC where applicable

•     Define inspection plans and acceptance criteria for each product family; ensure measuring and pressure-test equipment is calibrated and fit for use

•     Control the quality of outsourced processes — forging and heat treatment — through vendor approval, audits and certificate review

•     Lead, train and develop the QC team; build quality awareness on the shop floor

•     Report monthly to management on rejections, customer complaints, and audit and certification status
