Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aftermarket or automotive parts sales, preferably in importer or wholesale environments.
  • Strong skills in business development, account management, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies for growth.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with dealers, distributors, and partners.
  • Good understanding of automobile parts, accessories, and aftermarket product categories.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, conduct regular field visits, and travel as needed within India.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
