Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Inspect and prepare material surfaces before painting.
Apply putty on dents, uneven surfaces, and imperfections.
Perform sanding after putty application to achieve a smooth finish.
Apply primer (Astar) properly before final painting.
Carry out final painting with proper coverage and finishing.
Paint Spray Gun operation is mandatory.
Prepare and mix paint colours as required.
Understand colour shades and shade matching as per sample/specification.
Identify and correct painting defects and ensure good finishing quality.
Maintain proper safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping in the Paint Shop.
Required Skills
Experience in industrial/manufacturing painting.
Good knowledge of surface preparation, putty, sanding, and primer application.
Paint Gun / Spray Painting – Mandatory.
Colour Mixing & Shade Understanding – Mandatory.
Good understanding of paint quality and finishing.
Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.
