About the Role:
We are seeking motivated freshers or experienced candidates who are passionate about building a career as a Field Service Technician in a leading branded home appliances company. The role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair branded home appliances at customer locations.
- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve appliance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the service center and team members for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during service visits.
