🏢 ABOUT MM PRINTSMM Prints, Ambur is looking for experienced, skilled, responsible, and hardworking Machine Operators to join our growing printing and production team.
We are looking for candidates who have practical hands-on experience in operating Flex Printing, Lamination, or Cutting Machines and can efficiently manage day-to-day production activities.
Candidates with previous experience in printing press operations and machine handling will be given high preference.

- 🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate Flex Printing, Lamination, or Cutting Machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Check the quality, finishing, alignment, and accuracy of printed materials.
- Ensure production work is completed according to the given schedule.
- Identify machine-related issues and report them to the supervisor or management.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance as required.
- Handle printing materials carefully and minimize material wastage.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures while operating machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Coordinate with the production team to complete orders on time.
- Ensure finished products meet the required quality standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and management.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at the workplace.
- 🎓 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSPrior hands-on experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
- Experience in Flex Printing, Lamination, or Cutting Machines will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with printing press or production experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum schooling or relevant technical/diploma qualification is acceptable.
- Good understanding of machine operations and production processes.
- Ability to identify basic machine or production issues.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a production environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Candidates who are serious about building a stable career are preferred.
