Role SummaryResponsible for the overall operations, performance, and maintenance of multiple restaurant outlets. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high customer satisfaction, staff productivity, food quality, hygiene, safety, and achievement of sales and profitability targets across all stores.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Ensure all stores follow company standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage, inventory, and profitability for each outlet.
• Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage restaurant managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity, and manpower requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and customer experience across all outlets.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and minimize food and material wastage.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor store maintenance, equipment condition, repairs, and facility requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, maintenance teams, and other departments.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, health and safety regulations.
• Control operating expenses and improve overall store profitability.
• Support new store openings, staff training, operational setup, and launch activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with store managers and communicate business priorities and targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
