Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Relationship Officer to join our lending business

team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in microfinance,

unsecured lending and individual loans. The candidate will be responsible for acquisition of new

customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, as well

as assessing their creditworthiness and ensuring timely repayments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify & survey potential geography of operation

• Arrange periodic micro marketing events in target area

• Acquisition of new customers/Households

• Ensuring business generation as per planned business volume

• Manage multiple channels of acquisitions

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers

• Assess customers' creditworthiness and financial background

• Promote and sell unsecured lending products to eligible customers

• Maintain relationship & provide excellent customer service to all customers

• Cross sell suitable financial products to the household

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve team targets

• Manage early delinquencies

• Assist customers transition towards digital channels in acquisition & servicing

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in microfinance, unsecured lending, and individual loans

• Basic understanding of customer acquisition and KYC processes

• Familiarity with local geography and market conditions

• Strong problem-solving skills and ethical conduct

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong work ethic and a growth mindset

• Empathy towards customers and their financial situations

• Well-versed with Digital Mobile applications - e.g. payments apps
