Job Description

Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their budget and needs, and match them with the ideal car model.

Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle specifications, safety features, warranties, and service packages, and conduct test drives.

Lead Generation: Prospect new clients via phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.

Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing, negotiate deals, overcome objections, and finalize purchase or lease agreements.

Financing & Delivery: Guide clients through car loan options, insurance paperwork, and coordinate final vehicle delivery.

Record Keeping: Update customer data and track sales pipelines using the dealership's CRM software
