Job Description
Billing Executive – Pharma Distribution
Location: Generic House, Gollapudi
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales bills and invoices accurately.
- Receive orders from medical shops through phone and WhatsApp.
- Enter orders into the billing software.
- Check product availability before billing.
- Handle product batches, expiry dates and quantities carefully.
- Coordinate with the packing team for order preparation.
- Maintain customer and order records.
- Handle sales returns and billing corrections.
- Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of billing software preferably marg, interact.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a medical shop, pharma distributor or medical agency is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, based on experience.
