Job Description
HIRING CHEFS — INDIAN, CHINESE AND SOUTH INDIAN MEALS
PEPPER SQUARE RESTAURANT, EDUPUGALLU, VIJAYAWADA
THREE SEPARATE VACANCIES — apply for your specialist cuisine. One person is NOT expected to cook all three cuisines.
1. Indian DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie): 1 vacancy, Rs 27,000–30,000 monthly take-home. Prepare Indian dishes and manage your section during service.
2. Chinese CDP (Chef de Partie): 1 vacancy, Rs 33,000–35,000 monthly take-home. Lead the Chinese section, including wok cooking, sauces, prep and consistent plating.
3. South Indian Meals Master: 1 vacancy, Rs 30,000 monthly take-home. Prepare South Indian meals, rice, curries, sambar, rasam and accompaniments. This opening is for meals cooking.
All roles include food and accommodation, four days off per month and nine-hour daily duty with breaks. Full-time, on-site.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the cuisine applied for. Maintain taste, portion consistency, food safety, stock rotation and clean workstations; coordinate prep and service and control wastage. No upper experience limit. No mandatory English or educational qualification.
Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Edupugallu welcome. No recruitment fee or deposit.
