Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle sales and collections across Andhra Pradesh. We seek a candidate interested in a long-term association with the company who can build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and electrical retailers.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate orders for electrical products from distributors, dealers and retailers.

* Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory in Andhra Pradesh.

* Ensure timely payment collections from customers and follow up on outstanding dues.

* Develop new dealers and expand the company’s market presence.

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

* Submit daily visit reports, order details and collection reports to management.

* Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

* Follow company policies regarding credit limits, collections and customer dealings.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, order booking and payment collection.

* Experience in the electrical industry, electrical products, hardware or a related industry is preferred.

* Good knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh market and dealer network.

* Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

* Must be punctual, disciplined, honest and committed to long-term employment.

* Willingness to travel extensively throughout Andhra Pradesh.

* Ability to independently manage sales orders and customer collections.

* Must provide references from previous employers or professional contacts for verification.
