Job Description
To ensure a smooth, welcoming, and safe parking experience for mall patrons. You will optimize parking space utilization, manage high-volume traffic flow during peak shopping hours, and provide excellent customer service at entry points, exit points, and designated parking bays.
Customer-Centric Traffic Flow: Guide shoppers efficiently into open parking slots to minimize search time and reduce traffic congestion in the mall layout.
Entry & Exit Control: Assist at boom gates, ticket dispensers, and automated payment kiosks to prevent bottlenecks.
Premium & Accessible Parking Management: Actively monitor and protect dedicated bays, including disabled parking, parent-with-pram spaces, and VIP or electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Pedestrian Safety: Safely manage pedestrian crossings and walkways within the parking structure, protecting shoppers walking to and from mall entrances.
Loss Prevention & Security Support: Maintain high visibility to deter vehicle break-ins, report suspicious behavior, and keep fire lanes, loading docks, and emergency exits completely clear.
Guest Assistance: Give clear directions to mall entrances, specific anchor stores, or lost vehicles, and assist shoppers carrying heavy bags if needed.
