Store Promoter

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Brand Store Promoter to represent V-Guard products at key retail stores/dealers. You will be responsible for engaging retail customers, explaining product features, demonstrating product benefits, and driving overall sales for V-Guard appliances and electronics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Promotion: Proactively approach customers entering the store, demonstrate V-Guard products, answer queries, and guide them to complete their purchase.
• Product Knowledge: Stay thoroughly updated on V-Guard’s product line (e.g., Voltage Stabilizers, Inverters, Water Heaters, Solar Systems, Kitchen Appliances, Fans, and Wires) and effectively explain features, warranties, and pricing.
• Store & Counter Display: Ensure V-Guard merchandise, POS materials, and products are clean, neatly displayed, and prominently positioned on the store counter/floor.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track daily stock levels at the store, identify fast-moving products, and coordinate with the store manager or sales executive to replenish stock in time.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of customer footfall, customer feedback, stock status, and daily sales numbers, and share regular updates with the area sales supervisor.
• Competitor Awareness: Keep track of competitor activities, offers, and new launches at the retail outlet and inform the sales team.
• Key RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Store Promoter, Counter Sales Executive, or Retail Sales Representative (experience in consumer durables, home appliances, or electronics is a plus).
• Language: Good command over local regional language and basic English/Hindi.
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer persuasion, active listening, and basic numerical skills for sales tracking.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, presentable, punctual, and target-driven.
