Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our software and digital marketing services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments/demos with the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and a strong interest in technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain our web & mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule product/service demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with interested and existing prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle basic customer questions and coordinate with the technical/sales team when required.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and customers.
• Stay updated about company products, services, pricing, and offers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional approach.
• Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
• Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
