Job Description

Seva Vivek Foundation is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating customer bills and invoices, handling cash, UPI and card transactions, verifying product quantities and prices, maintaining daily sales and billing records, preparing cash reconciliation reports, handling customer billing queries, and coordinating with the sales and accounts departments. The candidate should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass, basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and billing software, and good numerical and communication skills. Previous experience in billing or cashier operations will be preferred.
