Driver Cum Office Boy

• Personal & Family Driver – Job Responsibilities1. Working HoursThe driver will work on a 10-hour shift per day, as instructed by the employer.
• The driver should be flexible for early morning, late evening, or extended duty when required.
• 2. Personal & Family DrivingSafely drive the employer and family members to offices, meetings, airport, school, shopping, social events, and other destinations.
• Ensure safe, comfortable, and responsible driving at all times.
• 3. Outstation TravelBe available for outstation driving whenever required for business or family travel.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly checked and prepared before long-distance trips.
• 4. Safe and Responsible DrivingFollow all traffic laws, signals, and road safety regulations.
• Avoid rash driving, overspeeding, or negligent driving.
• 5. Vehicle MaintenanceKeep the vehicle clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.
• Regularly check fuel level, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, coolant, and battery.
• Inform the employer immediately if any repair or servicing is required.
• 6. DocumentationMaintain a valid driving license at all times.
• Ensure vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, and PUC are valid and available in the vehicle.
• 7. Route PlanningPlan routes in advance to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
• Use navigation apps if required.

8. Office Assistance (During Free Time)During non-driving hours, the driver may assist with basic office-related work, including:

• Delivering or collecting documents, parcels, or packages
• Visiting banks, courier offices, or vendors
• Assisting with small errands or office support tasks
• 9. Professional ConductMaintain polite, respectful, and professional behaviour with the employer, family members, and office staff.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
• 10. Vehicle SafetyEnsure the vehicle is parked safely and locked properly.
• Do not allow any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
• 11. Emergency HandlingBe able to handle basic vehicle issues such as tyre puncture or minor breakdowns.
• Inform the employer immediately in case of accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies.
• Driver Discipline & Conduct PolicyNo Alcohol / Drugs PolicyThe driver must not consume alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance before or during duty hours.
• Reporting to duty under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate termination of employment.
• Mobile Phone UsageMobile phone usage while driving is strictly prohibited, except through hands-free navigation when necessary.
• The driver must focus completely on safe driving at all times.
• Misuse of VehicleThe vehicle must not be used for personal purposes without the employer’s permission.
• The driver must not allow any unauthorized person to drive or use the vehicle.

Immediate TerminationEmployment may be terminated immediately without notice in the following cases:

• Rash or dangerous driving
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Misuse of vehicle or unauthorized use
• Theft, dishonesty, or misconduct
• Serious negligence resulting in damage or risk to passengers
