Food and Beverage Manager

Seva Vivek Foundation is looking for an experienced and responsible Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the overall food and beverage operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant and food service operations, supervising the kitchen and service teams, ensuring food quality, hygiene and safety standards, managing food inventory and stock, coordinating purchase requirements, monitoring food costs and wastage, handling vendor coordination, planning menus, ensuring proper service standards, managing customer feedback and complaints, preparing daily sales and operational reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, service and purchase departments. The candidate will also be responsible for staff supervision, duty allocation, training, maintaining discipline, monitoring operational performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should have good leadership, communication and management skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management and cost control. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or hospitality operations will be preferred.
