Job Description
Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Shortlist and share suitable candidates with clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Negotiate salary and joining timelines wherever required.
Handle multiple vacancies and client requirements simultaneously.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Follow up with selected candidates until their successful joining.
