Job Description

* Visit customer sites for machine/equipment servicing and maintenance.

* Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting.

* Carry out installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance activities.

* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

* Prepare service reports and maintain required documentation.

* Coordinate with customers and the internal service team.

* Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at the site.

* Identify required spare parts, tools, and materials.


Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering field

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
