Job OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Web Developer & IT Support Executive who has hands-on knowledge of web development and basic IT support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, developing responsive landing pages, making website updates, and resolving day-to-day technical issues.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting website development and maintenance while also providing technical assistance to internal teams.

• Key RequirementsMinimum 6 months of relevant experience in Web Development, IT Support, or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Ability to independently create and modify responsive landing pages and web pages.
• Basic understanding of website development, hosting, domains, and website maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic website, software, hardware, and technical issues.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic understanding of website performance, forms, links, and integrations.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Key ResponsibilitiesWeb DevelopmentDevelop, maintain, and update responsive websites, landing pages, and web pages.
• Write and modify code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Make website content updates, layout changes, and basic functionality modifications.
• Ensure websites and landing pages are mobile-friendly, responsive, functional, and user-friendly.
• Test web pages across different browsers and devices.
• Identify and fix basic website errors, broken links, layout issues, and functionality problems.
• Website Maintenance & SupportRegularly monitor websites and landing pages for basic technical issues.
• Troubleshoot website-related problems and coordinate with external developers/hosting providers when required.
• Assist with website backups, updates, forms, plugins, and basic integrations.
• Support lead-generation landing pages and ensure forms and enquiry submissions are working properly.
• IT SupportProvide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to computers, laptops, printers, internet connectivity, software, email, and other IT equipment.
• Assist employees with installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of software and systems.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
• Maintain basic records of IT assets, systems, and technical issues.

Candidates with practical experience in website development, landing page creation, and IT support will be preferred.
