Job Description
*Job Title:* Real Estate Sales Executive
*Location:* Virar West, Mumbai
*Salary:* ₹13,000 - ₹30,000 per month
*Responsibilities:*
- _Client Relationship Management_: Develop and maintain a client database to sustain effective relationships
- _Lead Generation_: Identify and understand clients' real estate needs, generate leads, and convert them into sales
- _Property Sales_: Present properties to potential buyers, negotiate prices, and facilitate transactions
- _Market Analysis_: Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors
- _Reporting_: Prepare and submit sales reports to management
*Qualifications:*
- 12th pass or higher education in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar role
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid real estate license (preferred)
