Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and increase sales of metal scrap and related materials. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new customers, manufacturers, dealers, traders, and industrial buyers.
2. Generate sales leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, online platforms.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable material offers and quotations.
4. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert inquiries into sales orders.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
6. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
7. Maintain daily records of calls, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
8. Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
9. Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales performance to management.

• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or 12th pass; a sales or marketing qualification is preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, B2B sales, or metal trading is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
