Job Title: Video Editor (Real Estate / Social Media)
Company: Ayush Realtors, Vasai-Virar
Location: Virar West (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full Time | Day Shift
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with a strong portfolio can apply)
About Us
Ayush Realtors is a growing real estate company in Vasai-Virar. We help families buy homes and investors find the right properties. We are building a strong Instagram and YouTube presence and need a creative editor to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) for property tours, project walkthroughs, client testimonials and market updates
- Edit longer videos for YouTube and project presentations
- Add captions, music, transitions, text overlays and basic motion graphics
- Colour-correct and clean up footage shot on phone or camera
- Create thumbnails and simple post designs when needed
- Follow trending reel formats and turn them into content for our brand
- Deliver videos on time, with fast turnaround on daily content
- Keep raw footage and final files organised
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro or similar software
- Good sense of pacing, music and visual storytelling
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus
- Ability to work to deadlines and take feedback well
- Hindi and basic English; Marathi is a plus
- Must be able to travel to the Virar office daily
Good to Have
- Experience with real estate, interior or property videos
- Basic video shooting skills
- Knowledge of drone footage editing
