Hiring: B2B Sales Specialist – Max My Sales
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Employment: Full-time | Hybrid| Field Sales
About Max My Sales
Max My Sales is a WhatsApp communication, AI automation and CRM platform that helps businesses manage leads, engage customers, automate follow-ups and improve sales conversions.
Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Approach hospitals, clinics, real-estate companies, educational consultancies, restaurants and other SMEs.
- Demonstrate our WhatsApp CRM, AI chatbot and customer engagement solutions.
- Conduct product demos, negotiate pricing and close subscriptions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain records in our CRM.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
- Strong Telugu , hindi and English communication skills.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to explain software products and demonstrate their value.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, digital marketing or B2B software sales is an advantage.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
