Job SummaryResponsible for providing good customer service, supporting daily store operations, accurately picking customer orders, packing products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining store quality and hygiene standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers with their queries and product requirements.
• Pick products accurately as per customer/online orders.
• Check product quantity, quality, expiry date, and SKU before picking.
• Pack products safely and arrange orders for dispatch.
• Support billing and checkout activities when required.
• Maintain proper shelf display and replenish stock.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and store team for timely order dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the Store Manager.
• Support inventory checks and stock management.
• Achieve daily productivity, picking accuracy, and service targets.
• Follow company SOPs and work effectively as part of the store team.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th Pass; 12th preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic communication and counting skills.
• Customer-service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand/walk and handle grocery products.
