Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Pharma Distribution(Oncology)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and compliance with pharmaceutical storage standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, and expiry dates of medicines.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
• Maintain stock records, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
• Follow pharmaceutical storage guidelines, safety procedures, and company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in pharma distribution.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and expiry tracking.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Excel or warehouse management systems.
• Good team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
