Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain cash books, ledgers, and bank records.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.

Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports.

Maintain records of purchases, sales, and business expenses.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Previous experience in accounting will be preferred.
