Job Title: Telecaller – Telesales Executive (BPO)

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our Telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet Browsing).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
