Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Visakhapatnam - Balaji Metro Chambers - CSE*
- Responsible for handling customer service related to two wheeler loan products. - Interact with customers to provide information, resolve queries, and support loan application processes. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan requests. - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding loan status and documentation. - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Handle customer grievances and escalate issues when necessary. - Support the overall loan service operations in the Visakhapatnam branch. - Requires good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a customer-facing role. - May involve working in an office environment at the specified location.Job role
