Job Description
FIELD JOB - NOT A DESK JOB. You will visit clinics and hospitals across Visakhapatnam every day on your own 2-wheeler. Apply only if you are comfortable with outdoor field sales.
About us:
MedYFlow AI is a Visakhapatnam-based healthcare software startup. You join at the start, so you grow as the company grows.
What you will do:
- Meet decision-makers (owners, doctors, administrators) at clinics and hospitals
- Demonstrate the MedYFlow AI software on your laptop and explain how it helps their practice
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals and follow-ups
- Negotiate, close deals and hand over onboarding details to the team
- Keep a daily record of visits, leads and follow-ups
What we need:
- Any graduate. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Fluent in speaking Telugu and English
- Own 2-wheeler with valid driving licence and own laptop
- Confident, persistent and target-driven
Pay:
- Fixed salary Rs 12,000 to 14,000 per month
- Plus Rs 2,500 travel allowance per month
- Plus commission on every client closed, not capped
- Total Rs 18,000 to 25,000 per month or more
- First 3 months are probation, then full-time based on performance
