Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and business associates professionally.

Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a pleasant visitor experience.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.

Receive and route emails, courier, letters, and other communications.

Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.

Coordinate visitor appointments and meeting room arrangements.

Inform concerned employees about visitor arrivals and coordinate their entry.
