Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for motivated *International Staffing & Recruitment Executives* to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, understanding international job requirements, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates for international job requirements.
* Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
* Search for suitable candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
* Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
* Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
* Explain job opportunities and recruitment processes clearly to candidates.
* Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients or authorized staffing partners.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Coordinate with clients and recruitment partners regarding open positions.
* Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
* Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
* Comfortable communicating with candidates and international clients.
* Good computer and internet skills.
* Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
* Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases is an advantage.
* Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
