Lubricant Sales Executive

Brothers Marine Consultant & Engineers Pvt Ltd is a Distributor of Shell Lubricants In Andhra Pradesh Region. We are also the Dealers of Volvo Penta Marine and Industrial Engine in Andhra Pradesh , Telangana, Odisha and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. There is a requirement of 2 Field Sales Representative for Sales of Shell Lubricants in Northern Andhra Region.

Requirement:Sales of Shell lubricants to industrial, mining, construction, and plant customers.

Managing Assigned Territory –

· Customer Relationship,

· Business Development

· Responsible for Business Growth & Margin.

· Identifying and networking with prospective clients & generating business from existing accounts.

· Deliver business plan within Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Overdue (OD) % targets.

· Ensure business / market share growth over long term in line with the Strategies.

· Ensure consistent & rigorous implementation of Management Techniques and manage customers as partners.

Computer:

· Basic Operation Knowledge MUST

Qualification:

Diploma /Engineering/B.E/Industrial Sales Exp – 0– 4 years
