Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support day-to-day store operations and processes.
• Assist in managing customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Support billing, cashiering, and POS operations.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and shelf management.
• Coordinate with store staff and support daily manpower activities.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing merchandise.
• Monitor sales, wastage, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Prepare and maintain basic daily store reports.
• Learn and follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Take responsibility for assigned sections and gradually develop team-handling and leadership skills.

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Freshers can be considered.
