Job Description

Business Development Executive – B2B Courier Sales (Blue Dart Franchise)

Location: Visakhapatnam (field role) | Type: Full-time


About us

We are an authorised Blue Dart booking franchise in Visakhapatnam (Birla Jn), offering express courier, document, and parcel services to businesses across the city.


What you’ll do

  • Find and approach local businesses that ship regularly: pharma companies, e-commerce sellers, exporters, manufacturers, hospitals, CA/law firms, colleges, and IT offices
  • Cover industrial and commercial areas (Autonagar, Gajuwaka, Parawada Pharma City, VSEZ/Duvvada, Dwaraka Nagar, MVP Colony) through field visits and calls
  • Pitch our services, share rate cards, and convert leads into monthly corporate accounts
  • Maintain a daily lead tracker (Excel/Google Sheets) with follow-ups
  • Build relationships with existing clients to grow their shipment volumes

What we’re looking for

  • 0–3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or courier/logistics (freshers with good communication are welcome)
  • Comfortable speaking Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold visits
