Job Description
ETOR VENTURES
Sales coordinator- Any degree, preferrable male candidate, 1-2 years experience with good coordination skills can apply.
Manage and coordinator the sales team on a daily basis.
Maintain milk sales data, including daily sales, quantity and customer details.
prepare daily/weekly milk sales reports.
Coordinate with sales team for order collection and dispatch.
Manage warehouse activities related to milk.
Monitor milk inward and outward movements.
Maintain accurate records of milk received, dispatched and balance stock.
Check quantity and coordinate with warehouse staff during inward and outward operations.
Ensure proper documentation for all milk movements.
Coordinate between sales, warehouse, dispatch and management.
Monitor stock and report shortages, excesses or discrepancies.
Maintain excel records and submit daily reports to management.
Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse and milk distribution operations.
