Job Description

We are looking for an active, experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop our business through field marketing, promotional activities, investor awareness programs and new client acquisition.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing: Plan and execute daily outdoor marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.

2. Stall Permissions: Visit shopping malls, commercial complexes, colleges, corporate offices and other suitable locations to obtain permissions for promotional stalls.

3. Stall Setup & Management: Organize and manage promotional stalls, marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

4. Stock Market Awareness: Explain the basics of the stock market, Demat accounts, mutual funds and investment services to potential customers.

5. New Client Acquisition: Generate quality leads, open new Demat accounts and convert potential customers into active clients.

6. Team Management: Guide and coordinate field marketing executives to achieve business targets.

7. Lead Follow-up: Maintain customer data, follow up with interested prospects and improve client conversions.

8. Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity reports covering field visits, stall permissions, leads generated, accounts opened and business performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication, presentation and convincing skills.

- Experience in field marketing, sales or financial services preferred.

- Ability to independently organize promotional stalls and marketing activities.

- Leadership skills and a target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial products is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
