We are seeking an experienced Civil Bridge Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to oversee, execute, and monitor infrastructure and bridge construction projects (including flyovers, culverts, and pile foundations) across our active sites in Andhra Pradesh

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Locations: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) / Kurnool / Srikakulam / Ponduru
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 per month (Commensurate with experience & skill set)
• Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution: Supervise day-to-day execution of infrastructure developments, ensuring foundational setups like pile foundations, piers, abutments, girders, and deck slabs match specifications.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement structural drawings, reinforcement details, and alignment coordinates on-site.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials (concrete mix, structural steel, rebar) and verify structural compliance with IRC (Indian Roads Congress) and MORTH standards.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), compile material consumption logs, and track project timelines vs. actual milestones achieved.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate efficiently with subcontractors, surveyors, machinery operators, and onsite labor forces.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid site engineering or design supervision experience specifically in Bridge/Flyover/Highway structure projects.
• Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of concrete technology, earthworks, leveling, alignment checking, and basic proficiency in AutoCAD or STAAD.Pro is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving ability, clear communication skills, and willingness to work flexibly across regional project sites

• Civil Building Engineer
• Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Civil Building Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to manage residential, commercial, or industrial high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end building construction, from structural concrete frames up to final finish stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day building construction activities including excavation, RCC framework, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Material & Quantity Surveying: Measure quantities from architectural/structural plans, assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and control wastage of critical materials.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent occupational health and safety standards on site for both material deployment and laborers.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between project managers, MEP contractors, architects, vendors, and client representatives.
• Billing Assistance: Assist senior engineering teams in processing running account (RA) bills for sub-contractors by verifying exact on-site work measurements.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Residential/Commercial building or High-Rise construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of IS codes for building construction, site layout handling, and proficiency in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent vendor management capabilities, and efficient multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines
