Etor Ventures are looking for A Senior Digital Marketer

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content, including posts, reels, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Run paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website performance monitoring.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Generate leads and support business development through digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other departments.
• Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or a digital marketing qualification is an advantage.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or social media marketing are desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Telugu and English may be useful for regional marketing campaigns.

• Preferably 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
• Experience tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
