Etor Ventures are Looking for Site Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate daily site activities, manage manpower, monitor construction progress, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure that all assigned works are completed within the approved project schedule and specifications.

Duties Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities at the construction site.
• Plan and allocate daily work to workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and report delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor workers' attendance and working hours.
• Assign duties to workers according to project requirements.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is available at the site.
• Check material availability before starting work.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper for material requirements.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Check delivered materials against approved requirements.
• Report shortages or damaged materials.
• Supervise labour productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labour contractors.

• BTECH In Civil Engineering
• Leadership and team management.
