Branch Receivable Officer

1. Collection & Recovery

• Ensure timely collection of EMI, overdue installments, and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and digital communication.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Minimize delinquency and bucket movement in the assigned portfolio.

2. Portfolio Management

• Monitor customer repayment behavior and overdue accounts.
• Maintain portfolio quality within company-defined parameters.
• Track NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts and initiate recovery actions.
• Prepare action plans for high-risk and overdue accounts.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Counsel customers regarding repayment schedules and overdue amounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans where applicable.
• Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.

4. Field Collection Activities

• Conduct field visits for overdue and delinquent accounts.
• Verify customer addresses and contact details when required.
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation of recovery efforts.
• Update visit reports and collection remarks in the system.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure collections are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate collection records and customer interaction logs.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance requirements.
• Support audit and compliance processes related to receivables.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for recovery cases.
• Escalate chronic delinquent accounts for legal or recovery action.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.
• Monitor and report portfolio performance metrics.
