Job Description

  • Manage daily HR activities and employee records.
  • Handle employee recruitment and selection for store and HO positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, joining formalities and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee documents, KYC, EPF, ESIC and personal files.
  • Prepare and maintain attendance, leave and weekly-off records.
  • Handle employee queries and basic HR-related issues.
  • Conduct induction and common rules training for new employees.
  • Coordinate department-wise training and maintain training records.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.
  • Monitor employee discipline, grooming, uniform and attendance.
  • Coordinate payroll-related information with the accounts team.
  • Manage employee joining, transfer, promotion and exit formalities.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with Store Managers and department heads for manpower requirements.
