Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Elite Banker to join our Branch Banking-Service team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with high-value clients.
As an Elite Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our inbound branch banking clients, offering personalized and tailored financial solutions. Your expertise and knowledge will be key in providing an exceptional banking experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, understanding their unique financial needs and goals.
- Offer personalized banking solutions, including deposit accounts, loans, investments, and wealth management services.
- Provide timely and accurate advice on financial products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other business units to enhance client relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio assessments to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for elite banking services.
- Participate in networking events and industry forums to represent the bank and expand our network of high-value clients.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar elite banking or private banking role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the high-net-worth segment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems for account management and transaction processing.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed to meet client demands.
- Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
- Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products.
- Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.
- Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
