Job Description
* Supervise and manage the daily activities of the cashier team.
* Monitor cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.
* Ensure accurate billing, ticketing and collection procedures.
* Verify daily cash collections and prepare collection reports.
* Coordinate with management and accounts regarding daily collections.
* Train and guide cashiers on billing procedures and customer service.
* Handle customer queries, complaints and refund-related matters professionally.
* Communication skills required.
* Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
* Ensure proper maintenance of cash registers, receipts and transaction records.
* Monitor cashier attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
* Ensure smooth coordination between the cashier, operations and other departments.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financial information.
* Ensure all cashier counters follow company policies and procedures.
* Take responsibility for the overall performance and accuracy of the cashier section.
